If any client cancels their appointment before the 24 hour mark, no fee will be due. All clients get multiple message reminders including an email, 1 week before and a text message, 1 day before their appointment with plenty of time to rearrange accordingly. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment price. A No Show will be charged 100% of the appointment price. If you No Show and the fee is declined off of the card you booked with, you will not be taken again and blocked from scheduling until the fee is paid off.
